How exams work

Grades 1 -8

Grades

Grades are graded on a level from 1 to 8. Exam preparation can take up to one year, it really does depend on how much guitar playing you do during the week.

It’s an official qualification

There are different exam boards designed to suit different styles of guitar playing e.g. Rock, Classical, Acoustic & Bass guitar. You’ll received an internationally recognised certificate at the end of each process.

How are they booked?

Exams are booked through Bedord Guitar Teacher. You’ll be paying the same amount as you would do anyway. It’s done in this way so that I can keep a track record.

Should I do exams?

Lessons can be bespoke to suit you and your learning style. Everybody learns differently and at differnt paces, some prefer to make progress via exams others just want to enjoy learning.
